Evolução

Suspenso o Interferon com desaparecimento dos sintomas e da mancha em 3 semanas 
- maioria dos casos evolui bem com regressão do quadro
- tratamento sistêmico é mantido (é isso ??)
- normalmente assintomático

Complicações Oculares por uso de Interferon alpha

- Hemorragias Retinianas
- Exsudatos algodonosos
- Edema Macular
- Má perfusão capilar
- Vasoespasmo
- Oclusão arterial 
- Neuropatia Óptica Isquémica
